Winter is the perfect season to grow together. Pathfinder Winter Camp 2026 invites clubs to create meaningful winter experiences filled with worship, service, and outdoor adventure.
Whether camping individually or partnering with another club, this is an opportunity to build faith, strengthen friendships, and make memories that last.
Winter Camp Patch Requirements
- At least one overnight stay (indoors or outdoors)
- At least one praise and worship session
- One community service or outreach activity
- At least one winter outdoor activity (such as sledding, snowboarding, hockey, snowshoeing, etc.)
Additional Reminders
- All required activities must take place within one weekend during the January–March period.
- Each club must submit its report individually.
- Please ensure all Risk Management policies and guidelines are followed:
- Church board approval
- Appropriate sleeping arrangements
- Transportation guidelines
- Emergency preparedness binders
- Supervision ratios

Once your event is complete, please submit your event report below by April 12, 2026.
