- 09:50 — Rules Review & Team Inspection
- 10:00 — 1st Half Testing Begins
- 11:00 — Break
- 11:10 — 2nd Half Testing Begins

- 13:00 — Awards & Closing Ceremony

Additional Notes
- Registration: Now open; closes December 31, 2025.
- How-to Guide: Please review the PBE How-to Guide for team requirements, event rules, and expectations.
- Spectators: Due to venue size limits, no spectators are permitted during testing times. Please inform parents and families. Only Club Directors, Team Coaches, and registered event volunteers may be on the testing site.
- New Team Registration Fee: $50 per team (one-time). This will be billed directly to churches after registration closes to help offset venue rentals and Pathfinder gifts/incentives during the PBE season.
- Event Volunteer Training (Scorekeepers & Judges):
- Sunday, January 18 at 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, January 19 at 7:30 p.m.
Team Scorekeepers and Judges must attend at least one session.
