Fees
Basic Activity Fee: $15 per Adventurer child/sibling participating in activities
Lodging Options: Available on a first-come, first-served basis, fees are inclusive of 2 nights, no one-night reservations are available.

- Camper / RV – 15 Amp Site $100
- Camper / RV – 30 Amp Site $120

Meal options (5 meals total)
- Adult Meal Package (Ages 10+) – $90
- Kids Meal Package (Ages 4–9) – $70
(Kids’ meals are only available to families who purchase an adult meal package - All meals are vegetarian and nut-free. Some vegan options might be available. At this time, we are unable to accommodate any other dietary restrictions.
- Please be aware that the lodge, cabins, and buildings area is a NUT/STRAWBERRY FREE zone, as some camp employees have severe, life-threatening allergic reactions. Please abstain from bringing any products containing nuts or strawberries.
Registration Process
Create an UltraCamp account and ensure all family members have current and updated personal information, including birthdates and gender.

Registration Information
- When selecting attendees, please include everyone who will be on the grounds during the event, including both adults and children.
- Adventurer children/minors are not permitted in the cafeteria without an adult.
Kids’ meal packages are only available to families who purchase an adult meal package. - Lodging options are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration must be completed by each family. Directors and club leaders are not expected, required, or permitted to register children or families on their behalf.
- No walk-ins or unregistered attendees are permitted. All participants must be pre-registered to attend camp.
- Please read the Adventurer Family Camp Policy document and familiarize yourself with all rules and expectations prior to registering.
- No pets are allowed at the camp; kindly make arrangements for alternative care.
Campsite Maps
Campsites will be assigned two weeks prior to the event. If you would like to request a specific campsite, please email your request to clubministries@albertaadventist.ca by May 20, 2026.
